of molding a silicone seal to a plastic component

Bryant Rubber Corporation of Harbor City, CA has developed a technology which allows primerless adhesion of silicone rubber to plastic substrates. This patented, innovative process, Select Primerless Adhesion Polymer System ™, (SPAPS ™), allows for a cost-efficient method of molding a silicone seal to a plastic component, thereby eliminating part numbers, eliminating secondary operations, reduce assembly labor, and improve end-use reliability. This reliable, one-step, flashless molding process requires no plastic preparation or secondary treatments, and does not require molds to be Nickel-Teflon coated. Bryant Rubber is a 31-year-old manufacturer of engineered, precision molded polymer components.
